This site is dedicated to the keeping of African Pygmy Hedgehogs and other unusual small animals. I have kept a wide range of species over many years, But at present I specialise in the keeping of the African Pygmy Hedgehog.
The welfare of my animals is paramount everything possible is done to ensure they are healthly and happy. The aim of my breeding program is to improve the health, temperament and colour of African Pygmy Hedgehogs in the UK, the hedgehogs I breed are mainly used to improve my own herd. However sometimes I have well socialised and friendly hedgehogs available to approved homes.
The purpose the this website is firstly to promote the correct care of African Pygmy Hedgehogs in the UK, and secondly to serve as source of information for keeepers of all unusual pets via the forums. The site is evolving all the time if you want something included email me and I'll do my best to help.
As the site grows I'll be updating it with my experiences with my own Hedgehogs and hopefully other hedgehog owners and owners of other animals will share their experiences of their own animals.
